A series of short videos has been launched by Kensa Heat Pumps aimed at educating installers of ground source heat pumps or those looking to branch into installing the renewable technology for the first time.
The Truro based manufacturer has devised the videos as part of its ongoing Installer Partner Programme, which offers pre sale and marketing support, discounts, referrals and full technical support.
Based on research carried out by Kensa and feedback provided by installers, the company says that it carefully considered the key stages in the design and installation of GSHPs and tailored the videos to provide honest and in depth explanations and demonstrations. The key focus of the video series is to enable installers to feel more confident in the design and installation of ground source heat pump systems. The videos vary in technical proficiency, so installers of all abilities can benefit.
