DAB Pumps has launched the FXS, a compact submersible pump in its FX range, designed for wastewater and sewage transfer across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural settings.

The FXS features a non-clog screw impeller that maintains high hydraulic efficiency, even in narrow or blockage-prone systems. It supports 50mm free passage for solids and meets EN 12050-1 standards. Durable components include a double silicon carbide mechanical seal in an oil chamber, a corrosion-resistant stainless steel motor shaft, and a protective two-component coating for long-term performance, even in harsh or aggressive environments.

The three-level structure gives quick access to internal parts, with universal spares across the FX range to simplify maintenance and reduce service time. High-torque motors enhance starting performance and can run without full submersion to empty tanks completely, offering added flexibility in tight or low-water situations.

The FX range also includes models for specific needs, such as grinder pumps and vortex impellers for large solids. System integration is available via NgPanel and DConnect, enabling real-time remote monitoring, pump control, and motor protection through mobile or desktop interfaces.
