Looking to enhance its support for UK installers, Sentinel has launched a new online tool designed to help build, professionalise and boost their service offering, which also incorporates the company’s first ever loyalty scheme. The free portal includes service plans, an integrated loyalty scheme, preferential pricing and product finder as well as access to the water treatment company’s technical support network and material.
Described as a ‘digital tool belt’, users can add customers and tailor plans, add-ons and pricing to suit their needs and requirements, as well as access training and marketing resources.
Loyalty benefits are available within the scheme, where points from Sentinel products can be cashed in for items like branded workwear and online vouchers. Prizes for those installers with the most points are also available. Further benefits include access to preferential pricing and a ‘product finder’ to help installers locate products in their area, with up to date stock information.
