To mark the relaunch of its Works loyalty scheme, Baxi is offering double points on all boilers registered between the start of May and the end of June. The redesigned scheme offers a wide range of benefits, including prioritised technical help and personalised annual boiler service reminders. The Baxi Works website also makes it easy for installers to complete Gas Safe notifications free of charge, register warranties and claim loyalty points whether using a smartphone, tablet or PC. It also includes a dedicated discussion forum where members can share hints, tips and advice, an information hub from where marketing collateral such as literature and free van livery can be ordered and an exclusive error code fix feature.
Any former Works installers re-registering on the new Baxi Works website will be eligible for double points, as will those registering for the first time. Double points will automatically be credited to the installer’s account when they register a boiler and points can be redeemed for a wide range of items in the rewards catalogue.
