ELCO Burners enters UK and Ireland markets with new low NOx model

To mark its entry into the UK and Ireland domestic oil markets, ELCO Burners has launched the new EKL series – an exclusive range of low NOx monoblock burners with outputs from 12 to 100kW. Suitable for kerosene, gasoil and bio oil blends, the new model offers a wide range of features for high efficiency domestic oil boilers.

All EKL burners are designed to minimise their environmental impact, thanks to a unique combustion head design that significantly reduces NOx levels to below 120mg/kWh – complying with the Energy-related Products Directive (ErP) 2018. Plus, to illustrate ELCO Burners’ manufacturing expertise and continuous development, the EKL burner is also available in a blue flame model (EKL BLUE), which already complies with the most stringent emission targets expected in 2022.

The EKL burner has also been manufactured with installers in mind, featuring a design that is straightforward to fit and maintain. A single Allen key can be used to remove and adjust key components, including the burner head, while all parts are easy to access, thanks to a dedicated servicing position and a simple layout.

Featuring a highly compact design, the EKL burner is compatible with even the smallest condensing oil boilers. ELCO says that with high ventilation performances, low electrical consumption and reliable operation in windy conditions, the new burner range is one of the most advanced and robust products on the market.
