To combat the challenges associated with providing adequate ventilation to spaces below suspended ground floors, Homevent has launched its MORI WMF weatherproof multi-functional sub-floor ventilation fan. It is designed to control air moisture content, as well as radon gas, in sub-floor spaces.

John Bradley, MD at Homevent, says: “Adequate sub-floor ventilation below suspended ground floors can be critical to a structure’s integrity, and the health implications in helping to control radon gas in affected areas. Too often, there isn’t suitable consideration of how this can be managed long-term, which is why an alternative approach is required.”

The MORI WMF is fully weatherproof, so it can be installed on the outside of the property, and can operate in temperatures as low as -20°C and as high as 50°C.
