LG Air Solution Europe has unveiled LG Air Solution Village, an innovative metaverse designed exclusively for HVAC installers.
Developed on the Spatial platform, this immersive digital experience is meant to redefine the way professionals engage with LG’s latest products and solutions, offering a seamless journey from showroom exploration to functional installation. The metaverse uses Spatial’s free and easy-to-use platform, and doesn’t require any special equipment or headsets.
HVAC professionals can get started with just a Spatial account and their preferred device, navigating the metaverse with intuitive controls and interactive elements that take seconds to master.
The company’s B2B clients are invited to explore a fully rendered product showroom featuring the latest LG Air Solution products, such as THERMA V air-to-water heat pumps, MULTI V VRF systems and more. There, they will be able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the range through a 360-degree view, capturing technical details and real-life size perceptions.
In its metaverse, LG Air Solution also offers HVAC professionals its broad range of service and maintenance solutions, such as software options like the Energy Lab energy label simulator, LATS & CFD analysis, simplifying model selection, refrigerant calculations, and indoor estimations.
Visitors in the Village can step into diverse settings within the digital platform – Residence, Coffee Shop, and Hotel – each showcasing cost-effective and eco-friendly heating and cooling solutions for real-world applications.
The metaverse with its LG Auditorium and Meeting Room will also serve as a venue for virtual product launches, engaging Q&A sessions, and industry talks from the comfort of home.
